About

Reiki 1 is all about the fundamentals, getting you attuned so you can channel universal energy, learning basic self-healing hand positions, hands-on practice, and receiving an introduction to other complementary healing modalities. You will learn about energy protection and clearing as well as crystal grids and manifestation methods. The class is a lot of fun to teach and contains both history (for context) and hands-on application so you can heal yourself and work on others. Level 1 Shoden is an important first step in hands-on healing and connecting with universal source energy.

The 5 Precepts for living a harmonious life
Practitioner hand positions and the art of "hands on healing"
Reiki ethics
An understanding of the Chakra System
Introduction to the human aura
Energetic hygiene techniques

12+ hours of in-person training over 2 days from Qualified Reiki Master
1st Degree Certificate and Lineage in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki
Reiki 1 Sacred Attunements (4 initiations in total)

I had an incredible weekend undertaking Reiki 1. I hadn't really considered learning Reiki until Kyle's training popped up in my social media feed, but I jumped at the opportunity, no hesitation! I don't know why, but other than having met Kyle a few times and loving his vibe, I just had a feeling that I needed to learn Reiki from him, and I was absolutely right.

Coming to it as a complete novice, Kyle's teaching style was engaging and encouraging. He helped us connect with what was already inside us, amplify it and to trust our own intuitive knowing. He gave himself to the group completely, building a foundation for us to drop in and connect with ourselves and each other... it was magic... Kyle certainly brings the magic! Moon magic, oracle magic, crystal magic... he totally speaks my language, haha! And I love the way he weaves Reiki through these spiritual tools.

Stepping into Reiki was an eye opening experience. I didn't understand much about my own spiritual journey but this course opened my eyes and helped me understand how I move through the world.
